Shipping policy
Free delivery is available on all orders over Rs. 4,500.
- All orders under Rs. 4,500 are subject to a fee of Rs. 250.
- Orders placed after 7:00 p.m. will be sent the next day.
- Orders received on national holidays in Pakistan and on Sundays will be processed and dispatched the next business day.
- Four to seven working days will pass before delivery (no delivery on Sundays).
- Nevertheless, during our huge sales events or the busiest shopping season, shipping may take up to 7 business days.
- When you place an order, you will provide the address for the delivery—your house or place of business.
- Delivery to PO boxes is not possible for us. Upon receipt, all deliveries need to be signed for. We'll make an attempt to deliver your order to the address you provided at least twice.
